View Full Version : Unable to change Credit Card information OR Start new account.

I have been trying for nearly 2 1/2 hours now to connect a new account to the server for a family member, and it will NOT accept the card information, even though ANOTHER account is already on that card.

Furthermore, attempting to change any card information results in the same errors, either UCS-5311 (Time out error while checking card authentication) or UCS-5009 (Server is Busy).

Now, I'm not usually one to complain, but this has been going on for a couple of months now, actually. And usually, it would finally click within the first hour and you could go on about your business. But today, a new error came up around the time that I got past the initial card check, saying that the card wasn't Authenticated for Veried by Visa (Although, again, it HAS an account on it...) And so, it kicked me back to input another card.

Finally got through again, and even got to the final check to get the Playonline ID, when it tells me "This card cannot be used for payment. Please use a different card" and kicks me out of it back to the Playonline main screen. Which about made me want to throw keyboard across the room since it took me 2 hours to get that far.

The quakes in Japan are NOT the cause of this, since it's been going on so long, so I want to know, why is it that servers are maintained every month but they still have ongoing issues like this?
