Forgotten POL ID

Greetings,

I have encountered a problem, I have forgotten the POL ID for one of my accounts... Can anyone please provide some ideas on how I can retrieve the account? I know the password, character name, everything except the ID... Apparently Chat Support is always down so I dont know where else to turn.
