Details:Error Code UCS-5001
Steps:
1.Logged into playonline,Recieved warning my account had been suspened due to unpaid fee`s.
2.Procced to input payment method using valid debit cards and says i have £0.00 to pay for this month billing period.
3.after pressing submit got the error ucs-5001 server busy code.
4.Repeated step 2 above with a different card and got same error code.
5.waited for a few hours tried again and still received same error when submitting to pay fee`s.

Exact same problem as aforementioned. Followed instructions as usual and nothing for about 7hrs now, well after maintenance completion time. Only thing thats out of the ordinary is on the overdue notice screen, the fees overdue are $0.00. idk if that is part of the problem or not but its definitely getting old seeing a similar issue happened in the beginning and middle of april...

I have same issue and have been waititng hours to try to pay the bill.... forgot to switch credit cards. ><; But i got enough on 3 cards none witch being accepted now saying USC- 5001 the server is busy please try again later.... Tried it on pc , 360 and ps2 even. ALL no luck going on 8th hour now of please try again later we r buzy ............... how awsome

Anyone out there from levi... please let AG LS know i wont be there for the event tonight, error-code5001 jail, was my day and evening off, ill be lucky not to get dumped from ls as most others prolly dont have this same problem. Woulda been nice if when i called and tried to update my, long-term membership I might add, i was told that service is only avilible on pol which cant connect. THis is time i cant re-gain in my event linkshell also time that i will have to pay for in full without service provided how nice. Maybe like the local cable companies after i leave togo to another provider ill get the service anticapated.

The reps here may tell you this is an account/billing issue and you need to contact support (Even though it is only indirectly an account issue)

Same thing here tryed on 360 and ps3. im in est still wont work i keep call them and thay will not talk about it if u like i have there phone# will post it so u can call them too. dont think thay care or we would see something posted about it and that there working on to fix it but i cant fand anything call SOE if u like 1 858 790 7529 <--- SOE hotspot lol

Welcome to the club! I gonna miss out on a event also.... I blame the taru's and those moogles they r both small and magical beings messing with our payment problems and we can't play because it seems they messed up the credit card systems on POL! Damn them all lol!

well im on the phone and trying get web chat with both to explain what they say ...... on hold 45 mins now and ding they anserewed this is what they said. We are aware of the issue that has came up. It is a issue we found today and we are addressing it now . It seems to be a issue with our client software and are working on the problem. Please continue to check the web when this issue is resolved.

still nada! ; ; Maybe has to do with the issue where it is showing 0$ being owed for past bills could be part the issue ? I have no clue still waiting on you all to fix this issue. Seeing how there is no alternative to pay, only to use the POL site which you yourself stated has a "issue".

Same issue here but I got into a web chat and the representative told me it was a issue that was undergoing investigation.

Ok apparently im in the same boat as some people and different one then others. My account when i go to reactivate says I owe $0.00 so my free montyh hit finally (wifes did not and thats another issue all together that i have to fax my bank statements AGAIN this month) But my fiance went through just fine. i on the other hand and changing my account from a prepay card (that had no money since it was supposed free for me this month and is apparently) So i update the CC info to my bank card, passes VBV check, everything went well, until i hit the Pay button. Error 5001. I just got off the phone SE in Cali, they cant even update our info in their computers! Said it has been put on an elevated alert in Japan and he is very sorry that he has no further information to give. He was very nice though. The strangest thing, however in this whole story, is the fact that my mother reactivated 10 minutes b4 i came down to fix mine. All right around 8pm EST. She is on ps2 though i am on PC. When she gets dling the updates in 3 hours (past year of updates) im going to go try to use the PS2 to see if it will go through that way. since my moms did..... and hers was a card change as well.

SO S.E. I am not repatidly gonna keep putting in my credit card info to see the dumb error code and server is buzy,.... Please post on here when you fix this issue. i will check here and see what , and if it has been updated as I am apporaching my 11trh hour of this isse and trying 4 diffrent credit cards, calling your service department, and patiently waititng putting in the info a mere 50 plus diffrent times waititng .
So just post on here when you have fixed this issue please and thank you

Are you US or EU player? This might affect it? idk my mom still has about an hour on her DL b4 i can try it, since the PS2 has issues i have heard when stopping a DL midstream i want to let it finish. My xbox is on the fritz since the account i linked it too, is there but cant get onto it to change the CC info bc somehow my PW got changed on microsoft live..... and my old email account used to activate xbox live lol. SO yea im stuck attempting it with a PS2 based purely on the fact that my moms had hers go through, and as i said hers was a CC change too. However i seem to think this issue is actually in the fact they are charging us nothing. I dont know technical details, but I thinks its somethign in their programming not putting the $1 Charge through to check the card is real and has money on it. Personal thought but idk i might be wrong

I normaly use a greendot card to pay but i forgot to load it so it got decined(dont like using my other cards) but I did load it and went to pay my past bill...says server buzy. It also is giving me a account bill of 0 for my account. This is also incorrect it shoudl have my late ammount of what i owe from last month on there 12.50+1 per mule (15 mules) so should be 27.50 (i didnt order anythign new. My girl has a simialr account on same card for her ps2 says same thing 0 dollars owed. I put money on the card but it isnt letting me do nada says server to buzy. I also tried to use other credit cards also in attempt that was issue still same thing error code.... And it is the same for both of my systems my ps2 and my 360
What is happening is i am logging on to pay the bill says 0 dollars which is wrong) then inputting all my info for any type of card.... go to click it and says the error code 5001 servers are to buzy try back later. Why I even called S.E. and they said it is a error on there part and is know and is being addressed.

Well at least It's telling you that there is a payment issue. I just get you don't have a content ID when I hit play, and won't let me verify ID without verifying the payment information which errors out.

Maintance to alieviate this is schedualed for when ? Seeing that this problem has been in the technical support department since at least 9am pst, isn't that ample time to give player's/members who support this system regardless of the horrible billing system, an answer of some kind, a time table of expectancy. Ugg
I mean we are all talking about paying for the month that we didnt have to pay for wth is going on.
If my membership is not value'ed enough for a response to this matter, i ask myself why stick around.

IT just worked for me on both my ps2 and 360 i think they fixed it try it now ~

ok well mine worked via PS2 however it now said i OWED for the month.... and i had to pay. Ill be taking care of this tomorrow along with the wifes account apparently. IDK what changed or if thats just a PS2 error or what but im in.
