A 10 minute timer is acceptable for a timed spawn NM in my opinion.

Heqet,Tunga,Giermund,Agressor antlion,Mangy tailed marvin, Ovni,Illricht,Gangly green,KHalamari,Asanobasan,Adze,Minhaco,Chukwa,Cuelebre,Lord Varney, Div-E-Sepid,Amun and various other affiliates in the NMAFP(Notorious Monsters Against Forced Popping) are not amused by your claim that all NM are forced to pop at the whim of one such as yourself and are not amused.

10 Min timer yes, 50 people camping it yes yes, you spend your whole weekend trying to get KI and you don't get to kill one yes yes yes.
Its to provide a bottleneck for people doing Empyrean weapons obviously. If it was just pop item then people would get done much faster and SE wants to slow progress down somewhat.
