Hey Guys, I need some help right now, and not sure exactly were to go. Im a level 70 Drk, and have a scythe thats level is 208. The max cap for me is 251 or so-ish at my level. Can anyone please tell me what mobs I should fight at my skill levels to get to 250? Currently Im in Vollbow but skill ups seem far and in between. Any Ideas?

If you have Abyssea access and a Regen Atma or two, that will be your best bet. Otherwise I'm afraid the tree is still the best place. Fortunately, there's many people there doing trials who you can team up with. Boyahda Tree, upper crabs would be my suggestion.

Abyssea.
Atma of the Voracious Violet.
Atma of the Sea Daughter.
Atma of the Sundering Slash.

Equip the lowest damage scythe you can find, go to Castle Zvahl in the past, and whack on a fortalice until you deplete its 5000 HP. By then the other fortalices should have respawned, since they do so after 30 minutes. They don't fight back, and as long as you have sneak/invis you can move between them easily. They are level 75, so you should be able to cap skills for level 82 or so.

I thought they removed skill ups from forts, but maybe it was just while wearing tags.

Those things are the exception.

Anyway, go kill things that are DC-EM to you and don't hit hard. Such as crabs, in boyahda. Unless you have those cool atmas described earlier.

You'll be able to get one, maybe two Guillotines off before you die. I wouldn't really call that spam. Regain is not as useful as Regen for skillups. Also, full Regen Atma allow you to afk while skilling up, which is arguably of greater value than faster skillups.

I wouldn't recommend skilling up in Abyssea solo for a lv70 DRK though, mandies can hit pretty hard at that level.

Your best bet is probably the fortalices as someone else mentioned, or you could just continue partying, get 90, then do the skilling up.

208 Scythe on DRK puts you approaching 62 caps. With the new skillup tweak, you can skill on anything DC and up. So, you can *technically* skill on anything as low as 57, but you will get better results with something closer to your skill level. Terrigan could be a decent spot, spamming page 1 (mobs run 62-66), but you won't be taking advantage of the enhanced skiillups on DC's (these appear to be more weighted to be .3 and .5's). Alternatively, you could zone into Kuftal and thwack the crabs there for a while (60-63) until you hit round 215 skill or so, then go back to the terrigan pages.

You could also try the weapons in Ro'Maeve (page 1, levels 60-65) if you want to keep doing the FoV route. Just be prepared to deal with the RDM models, and that zone is all sound and magic aggro, so need to be aware of that. Ro' maeve is actually a convenient route now if you have sky access. You can run page 1 to about 67-ish caps, then move to puppets there (page 3, level 65-69) to get to 73-ish caps, then move on into sky if you want to give it a shot. Or, just go back to Terrigan and continue on up to around 78 or so caps off the pages there easily (higher if you move on to the manticore at page 5, but it's a long run back to the book--Valley of Sorrows can get you to ~79 with shorter runs to the book). The whole time, you will be getting FOV rewards, so if you are soloing you get a little something extra for your effort. If you manage to hit 76, the DC range changes to go to even lower levels also--but as a general rule, I like to stay within -5 max regardless.
