Time to make it where u can get Adoulin's Refuge back?

So being a dumb person on a mule char I dropped my Adoulin's Refuge +1 and from my understanding u cant get this item back with out a char reset done by a GM if that but I dont even know if Gm are still part of this game any more sure doesnt seem so but anyway shouldnt this be a item SE might see as a item they can get back from points or something just throwing it out there since there on a new player kick

If its changed and you can get it back or another one plz tell me how where when

I agree they should have this available to purchase somewhere in Adolin for bayld as long as you have the golden shovel cordon key item. It should be very expensive tho.

You know if you drop an item by accident, you can retrieve it from the Recycle Bin as long as you realize it right away and do it before changing areas or logging out?
