If this gets brought back, I would suggest a few things.
Make the box it drops when it dies into a special gold version of the treasure chest, many players are trained during leveling to ignore boxes monsters drop this way so make it look special and so don't get the rewards.
Increase the respawn timer to 2 hours and increase the reward, the reason being if the timer is too low players will tend to spam it all day. If it's longer they can go do other things between spawns.
Add other HNM, Cerberus for example.
For the RSE 119, add a simple circlet for the head piece.
I think the event was good overall, because it allowed players to create a mini community that did that content in a casual way.
