Dynamis-Procs Not Working

I have been in Dynamis Bastok and Dynamis - Tavnazia today. I was in Bastok for almost an hour and not 1 proc landed on any enemies. I then went to Tavnazia to try it on the mobs there. No procs either.

Procs are specific to mob type in cities. Were you accurately targetting enemies.

it's all but impossible to not proc them unless you think every mob should be 1/1 with a ws

Didn't realize the namis campaign is over. Need to kill the statues.
