Omen panders to two kinds of players:
Group players, they are lavished attention and get wonderful content.
Solo / casual players, they get to farm cards / money items and do the same runs over and over and over again, week after week, year after year. No variation of monsters at all, no potential random notorious monsters once you clear the final area or special random chests to find while farming cards that could offer some excitement.
Nothing.
Every run of Omen for casual and solo players is exactly the same.
Omen gets a lot of use, a lot of those players are solo and casual.
Please consider offering more interest for solo casual players who farm this content weekly, for cards and money items.
Minor changes will make a lot of different to players daily content habits.
I want this game to appeal to hardcore players, and I want it to entertain casual and solo players. We can't afford to lose either group.

For years, I said that Omen should have some interesting items for 25/50/75/100 cards.
Also, I think Dynamis Divergence should get Incursion treatment and scale from Item Level 149-160.
I guess we shall see what SE has in store....

I like Omen the way it is mostly. Although I do wish the scales dropped a bit more frequently from Sweetwater foes.

I don't think anything needs to be changed here. Omen wasn't really designed as solo content. People might do it but it definitely does not "pander" to them.

If 50% of your players are solo/casual, you can't make new content very fast and you have a wealth of older content they do regularly it's common sense to make minor changes to to it to make it more appealing.
To keep players playing.
Adding variations to the spawns of monsters in the last area is good (raptors, beetles etc instead of rabbits and mandragora), adding possible minor NMs there that have a low chance to give drops from the other lower NMs in the group runs makes it more exciting content.
Even in the normal Omen runs chest areas pop that let you get possible rewards.

To keep players playing. The vast majority of content in the game can now be done solo, either alone or with trusts. It's fine for some contents to be made for a group. There needs to be a reason for people to group in an online game. A big part of the reason there's so many solo players is because with trust and the relative of ease of all but the newer contents, they don't need other people so they just don't group for lack of need, not because they ONLY want to play solo.

40-50% of players are solo/casual.
The content in XI is based mostly around people being in a group and being good players, if the people who do not fit this criteria quit the game will cease getting updates / close. In the past the players who were less good at the game were carried by the alliance system, that is no longer a thing (either by good players not wanting to carry anyone anymore or cause the game game is built around 6 high performing players now).
There needs to be minor changes to make the game more interesting for solo / casual players in existing content. I'm not asking for the solo / casual players to be seen as the most important, I'm asking for minor variation to keep things interesting. People like novelty, offering content you know lots of people do that offers none is not a good idea if the point is to retain a sub.
Even offering a minor Omen NM at the end of a card run, that has a chance to drop a gold chest on the ground that MIGHT have an omen drop in it, or the 8-10 random chest opening section or and changing the trash mobs around would greatly increase enjoyment of the content.
I know some of these drops can be obtained from Aman, but the GAME itself needs to be fun to keep them in it so they can do the AMAN stuff.

The content in XI is based mostly around people being in a group and being good players,You are majorly overestimating all this. You don't have to be particularly good, or funded, or whatever to do by far the majority of content in the game. There is so much for a true solo player to do. Even though I almost exclusively play solo (less by choice and more by playing off meta jobs) I believe there needs to be MORE group oriented content, not less (on the condition that content made for a group actually needs a group and not just a bunch of leeches that sit and watch).
If you want to make all content soloable then it may as well be turned into an offline game.
