Let us upgrade REMA weapons even further ...but in order to reach 119 IV versions of Relics/Empyrean/Mythic weapons, we must first obtain the Prime Weapon of that type, to Stage 5.

If you want to upgrade Liberator to 119 IV, you better have Stage 5 Foenaria.
If you want to upgrade Yagrush to 119 IV, we hope you made the Stage 5 prime club!

....sigh. I'm so bored. I wish there was fun content to do. Mastery Rank is making me enjoy the older content and like Limbus less and less, as time goes on.

So you have every relic, empyrean, mythic, aeonic, and prime weapon complete and fully upgraded then?

Then why not just do another one? The last thing the game right now needs is another significant increase in its power ceiling.

Let's make it even MORE "fun" then.... you also need to be a "TRUE Master" Level character:
Chocobo digging lv.100;
Have raised, registered, and raced a non-yellow beginner chocobo;
One craft at Lv.110 with all subcrafts at 70;
Have all City Missions at Rank 10;
Have all fame capped, including Abyssea, CoP, WotG areas;
Have at least 95% of all quests started from talking to NPCs completed;
At least ONE Monstrosity monster at Lv.99;
Have completed minimum 1150 unique ROEs;
Full Legend Rank in Adoulin;
All jobs unlocked and lv.99+,
All Dynamis Zones completed;
... and ALL MISSION Storylines 100% done

Can't consider someone that paid a merc or botted from lv.0 to ML.50 and STILL cannot know anything about the actual game to be considered a Master. Gotta make them prove it through work and time.

I do think it would be nice to be able to upgrade our Mythics at the very least to a level that’s better than Ambuscade weapons. I will probably never make another Mythic just because of how long and epic the journey is to achieve one. Meanwhile I can make a completely upgraded Ambuscade weapon in a weekend which is stronger than any Mythic; it just seems strange.

Sure, when they make Prime weapons actually attainable. :]

I've only heard/seen people using third-party assistance beating the boss required for them, so I'm not sure it's working as intended. (ha)

If there was a way to grind it out instead, similar to the Dynamis Divergence requirement, then maybe okay. Though getting 8 million of Gallimaufry would still take some years at the pace of 8000 per day...

It feels kind of like Mythics did back some 11 years ago still, more so a bit more than that, where one would need a linkshell to create one, basically, so maybe I'll upgrade one fully in about 11x2 years from now!

I don't know... the Kogarasumary certainly has served me better than any of the Ambuscade weapons so far, and still does better than the Masamune even for some things, but yeah, would not be opposed to upgrading it further... if it was actually doable.

Also on the topic of mythics, I think the Burtgang is pretty dang good too, if not even "required" for a paladin to some extent.

Similar story for the other jobs I think in that maybe they're not the best, but I find it hard to believe that any of the Ambuscade weapons are better, really (maybe Naegling for Savage Blade damage is a bit broken, but it's still just Savage Blade damage).

Depends a lot on the job you're playing. I know I wouldn't consider any staff other than the REMAP ones on SMN.
