Mana Tank I attachment gives Valoredge frame mana despite not having any.

This seems like a bug, mana tank is supposed to increase max mana by a certain percent. I noticed that it gives Valoredge 24 MP despite giving Sharpshot 0.

2) Equip Valoredge frame
3) Equip a mana tank
4) Observe Valoredge frame getting a MP boost despite having no MP.
5) Equip Sharpshot frame
6) Observe Sharpshot frame getting no MP boost

it probably is but it also doesn't matter and doesn't really have an effect on anything except maybe a monster casting Aspir on it, which still doesn't matter because mobs rarely run out of MP (but there are circumstances where it has actually been a battle tactic in the past, though none of those mobs cast aspir)
