This has happen to me twice. I zoned into Regular Jeuno-Dynamis and got a black screen and when trying to log in I get a 2003 error.
I went into Dyn-Sany D and the same thing happen. Moreover, my linkshell told me that I was in the zone for a little while.
The login screen says I'm in Dyna. I've only been able to get out when the zone timer guys out.
