Skillups not happening???

Over the last two days, on two separate characters, I've noticed that I'm not getting the decimal skill advancement on crafts where I should have them. Insead of getting "X's woodworking skill rises .1 points", I'm getting "... rises 1 points."

Obviously, I'm not seeing full point skillups, but after getting over a dozen of these messages, I'm not getting the .1 skillups either.

Any other crafters seeing this behavior?

It is likely caused by the same thing that is causing the same thing for combat (and probably every other) skills as well:

The update changed the text strings for skillups becuase of the thing that boosts skillups that's going on. The game always counted to ten rather than from 0 to 1, but since everyone is used to this, the change is confusing.

This is my first time trying out this version of the game, I was wondering why I was not seeing the 0. messages! It was a bit weird to get used to. Absolutely great to know
