Steps:
1. Look at /bmap and see 2x beseiged attacking
2. Zone into AlZahbi and find nothing attacking
3. Has remained this way for 20min

It’s not, I’ve seen this before when maintenance happens and a besieged is already preparing before maintenance starts, usually it’s an hour or 2 late, probably a poorly implemented 75 era bandaid fix for maintenance causing Candescence loss.
