This Bug was accepted in August 2025. Issue is still occurring. Please fix this content.
??? doesn't reliably spawn when the "ITG" monsters are killed.

An accepted bug only means you filled out the form properly. Not that it's actually a bug.

It's working as intended. Random drop 5% or so. It's crappy, and they should adjust it. But it doesn't need to be "fixed".

is it random 5%? i thought it was kill 20x in temenos.

Not enough information to be certain. Pretty hard to be the only person/group in an entire zone and get exactly 20 kills to verify.

Correct its ~20 kills. If this is intended then this is not a bug, but more of a logistical issue with the layout and size of temenos. I've killed so many NM in temenos that were tucked away off the main climbing path players take.
The frustration is that this is such an easy fix. Lower the required amount of kills from 20 >10. They could add a graphical indication of which mob is the NM, slight afterglow or something. Hell even a message "you sense a dark presence nearby" when you enter the floor would make this much better.

That would be amazing. or when it respawns on the floor you are on.

I agree, I think the player should be encouraged to hunt them. This helps to make the content a little more engaging.

I agree on both recommendations. Its difficult to farm 20 kills on the smaller servers. This content hasn't grabbed much attention on my server, so it ends up being a focal point for my Linkshell before reset to maintain bonuses.
Checking all the monsters in the zone is rather endearing... At least Apollyon pops naturally due to layout.
