Limbus chest upgrade evaluations not being completed

Just checking if any other servers have started to not complete the CN NMs for limbus in the 28 day evaluation period. It's only been a few months and people are tapping out. Hopefully there's changes to improve the situation, but maybe if multiple servers start failing en masse, the situation can be remedied before it becomes the next Walk of Echoes 1.0

if essential rewards depend on something being accomplished as a server it needs to be reasonably easy for that server to complete. I believe they mentioned this in the Q&A session about adjusting things based on server population and they raised questions about what to base it on (concurrent vs total population, or something else) and suggested they'd need to proceed carefully which means taking months/years to mkae a decision about something.
