Steps:
When i go to trade i tried with Defient Scarf and Defiant Sweat but they but don't work, i tried with hade's claw as wiki says but they don't work also, it ask for defiant scarves but they doesn't exsist.

It is most probable that you're overlooking something here.

Please ensure you have all of the following items for the PLD relic head +3:
Caballarius Coronet +2

Also please ensure you have met the requirements:
Either
Defeated the mid-boss of Dynamis (D) - Windurst
or
Defeated 100 squadron enemies in the same area.

Then trade all of the afformentioned items to the spot in Ru'Lude Gardens near the Auction House where Aurix appears.

Then you were trading the wrong items the entire time, or don't meet the body requirements. The Defiant Scarf is for the head, not the body.

The requirements for the body gear are different:
You must be in posession of the Elegant paladin's shard (https://www.bg-wiki.com/ffxi/Elegant_paladin%27s_shard) key item, which indicates that you have defeated the mid-bosses or killed 100 squad enemies in all four dynamis areas as a Paladin.

Also apologies if this sounds condescending: But the the next time you have trouble with a quest, or an item turn in, etc. make a thread in general discussion asking for help, because 99.99% of the time, when people post bug reports about quests or missions, there is no bug and the user just overlooked or skipped something. FFXI is a very cryptic game and it's far more often the issue when it comes to this sort of thing is user error, due to missing some specific detail in a guide they found on the internet or misreading instructions given in-game. I say this in the hope that people will ask for help rather than assuming an error with the game.

How do i get Elegant pladin's shard if i have done all 4 dynamis but i haven't got

It should be automatically received after entering a dynamis-D zone on the relevant job, or by checking the enigmatic footprints/

You must have done all four zone bosses (or the 100 kills in each zone) ON THE SAME JOB in order to get the key item. If you've cleared every zone but you didn't do it on the same job for all four it doesn't count, you must play the same job for all four areas.
