I thought that was intentional to show accent. There is another word nearby that was spelled differently as well.

Also, the line before that which is describing menuing has a couple of minor issues:


To apply the alter ego points, go to the Main Menu and select Stats, followed by Alter ego points.

The menu item is 'Status', not 'Stats', and 'Alter ego points' is capitalised 'Alter Ego Points'. :]
