Monster Name: Marquis Andrealphus
Steps: After flagging the quest "Better the Demon You Know" (Shows up under Quests > Other Quests) and progressing the quest to the point you travel to Castle Zvahl Baileys and check the ??? at (I-8) it spawns 4 demons + Marquis Andrealphus. During the fight with Marquis Andrealphus he is supposed to use a skill where he announces "Insolent adventurer! Begone from these halls!" and escapes the person with the highest hate out to Xarcabard. However in both instances above he does not do this anymore.
Using reports online it's generally understood that if someone is facing this monster solo the escape mechanic doesn't do anything, but that if you're in a party of 2+ that whoever has the highest hate is supposed to get escaped out to Xarcabard. However, it seems for the last few years that this mechanic no longer works. After speaking to a few different players they all report the same thing on their attempts. We checked patch notes and could not find any details about this change, so we're unsure if it's a bug or an intended change. Posting this bug to get clarification or a fix. Thank you! :D
