Make sure to respawn Mireu on Bismark after emergency maintenance.

Make sure to respawn Mireu on Bismark after emergency maintenance. you won’t lose the Mireu count, maintenance happened on Asura a while back during a Mireu fight and the DI reset to the Dahaks, mireu popped again later that morning and for practical purposes the interrupted fight never existed.
