i have 4 escuthceons and im still not making much hq's the rate is really low

i have 4 escutcheons and its costing me huge losses to craft, i make even simple stuff and it wont hq like jinxed bonnet , went 0/60 on stikini ring+1, half the time its like the hq has been turned off and theres no way to hq, am i doing something wrong or is the game getting strict on my server because of all the duping and crap going on with too many ppl on bahamut. honestly it sucks to play a game and always lose gil, i am just trying to make basic gil too nothing fancy, am i setting things up wrong, is there a glitch, does square enix hate me? what is the best setup for the mog house is it just a stall? also is it best to get ionis or not when making stuff like stikini ring? can someone please help me out here without all the negative comments and debbie downerism.

I recently saved up 108 Koh-I-Noors, made 5 stinky+1s.

stall for megamog: GS
advanced support
signet (with crafting kupopower active)
crafted in bastok by Fatimah.

So, GS skill:124 (could have done moglification instead for 119 skill but didn't think about it)
mat. loss -31~33 (unsure how potent the kupopower or the rusk ring are)
--I suspect rusk ring is 1HQ 2mat.loss & kupopower is 3mat.loss
HQ+10, as a tier0 HQ rate, base is 4/256, augmented to 14/256 by HQ+.

This should put the dark matter & tartarian chain losses at close to 20% which is the minimum that can get. sadly Koh-I-Noor can't be reduced since SE made it so guaranteed loss items are unaffected by mat.loss.

I also made a loss. in my first 8 minutes (first support) i made 0. That was terrifying. If I had gotten 1 more it'd have been a profit though, so a bit unlucky this time.

If the kupopower isn't around I always synth in an adoulin zone with ionis for anything expensive. For cheap stuff like breaking avatarites it's either ToAU or WotG areas for their food duration buff for me.
Currently 7 areas controlled on my server in WotG so that's +160% duration. get a lot of mindless crafting done in that time.

oh so kupower does help with less breaks, thats why some days u hq in 3 and some u hq in 30 i get it now.

i finally made a stikini but it was 1/50 koh i noors, i have all the gear u specified except the orvail+1, dunno why i have such a hard time some days sand some days its like butter. but it hasnt been like butter in like 3 months for me for some reason.

The kupopower doesn't help with success rate, only material loss rate. so when you DO break, you are less likely to lose your materials. While not as important to profits as HQ+, not losing your materials will still increase your profit margin.

Forgot to mention, anytime I make expensive items I also use HQ crystals, like Inferno Crystal as an example.
This is because that also reduces material losses. At least assuming I'm not already at cap for a given ingredient as each ingredient has their own base loss rate.

i have this guy that mimics everything in sell in my streams, and undercutts those prices over and over again, i hid the sales from my streams but he still sees on guildworks what items i am making and undercuts those products too, he has all shields and wont stop harassing me on the auction house, so no matter how many itmes i hq i cant profit at all because he is harassing me and selling the mats at high prices as well and making sure i dont profit, i know it sounds crazy but its true hes done it to multiple people that have told me, and he really likes to harass me, his name is stubbylegs and he has 7 alts and multiboxes on bahamut, then theres noexists who watches my streams to laugh at me in the background after getting me kicked out of 2 linkshells because he trolls me on inyani his alt and messes with me till i get mad then makes me look like the bad guy. our server sucks, and now im stuck there with a bunch of a holes who only care about themselves, honestly im not happy with how the game is going, and the hq rate being horrible all the time like 90 percent of the time for me, almost as if somoene is hacking my crafting nad making it bad, or maybe i just craft too much and get bad luck all the time idk to be honest im lost with it all, i worked my rear off to get 4 shields almost finished a 5th and i still am poor because the mats on my server are run by the gillfarmers, the bots, and the multiboxers who raise them all the time, and when the prices finally go down i never hq at all, its almost a major joke. i cant get any more than like 5mil at a time a day if im extremely lucky. i think square enix an the gms are playing a trick on me, sometimes it feels that way, and i probably deserved it for being mean to them before, but this is out of control, and not fun to play anymore.

Is anyone else having really low hq rates? i have 4 shield and i barely hq now it just keeps breaking using the enchatment for like 30 min and wasting mats.

If he's trying to track you by your character, you can hide your transaction history on FFXIAH. He CAN still find you if he's looking up individual items, however.
