Type of Internet Connection: 4G

Character Name: Dragoy
Race: Hume
World: Fenrir
Main Job: Samurai
Support Job: Warrior
Area and Coordinates: Maquette Abdhaljs-Legion{A,B} (?-?)
Party or Solo: Solo or Party
NPC Name: N/A
Monster Name: Bozzetto Justiciar && Bozzetto Sharpshooter
Steps:
1. Make battle with the Bozzetto Trolls in Intense Ambuscade (any difficulty level).
2. Use any of the following great katana weapon skills, that are described dealing elemental damage, on the Bozzetto Justiciar while it has the aura effect active.
- Tachi: Goten (Deals lightning elemental damage.)
- Tachi: Kagero (Deals fire elemental damage.)
- Tachi: Jinpu (Deals wind elemental damage.)
- Tachi: Koki (Deals light elemental damage.)
3. Observe the aura effect on the Bozzetto Justiciar not being removed by these weapon skills.
4. Use any of the great katana weapon skills, including those described dealing elemental damage, on the Bozzetto Sharpshooter while it has its aura active.
5. Observe the aura effect the Bozzetto Sharpshooter being removed.
Repeating the steps using, for example, the polearm weapon skills Raiden Thrust and Double Thrust, the former removes the aura only from the Justiciar, and latter removes the aura from the sharpshooter.
Taking this into consideration, one might suspect that Justiciar's aura requires elemental weapon skills to be removed, and the sharpshooter's requires non-elemental damage, but for some reason this does not apply on the great katana weapon skills, which all seem to be considered physical in this case.
I suppose the great katana "elemental" weapon skills have historically been a little bit... ambiguous like this, in that sometimes they work as elemental damage, sometimes they do not (and it is probably "working as intended"...).
With Ambuscade in mind, for example, the elemental great katana weapon skills do work for the elemental damage objectives during Vana'bout, so either this is unintended here, or there is some hidden reason for this inconsistency.
(By the by, the aura effects return way to quick-like on Normal difficulty... just saying! :])
Thank you!
