Steps:
1) Enter the Feretory via any Odyssean Passage. The one I used in this instance is in Port Bastok at (K-12)
2) Go to the Customization menu, and click Faculties.
3) Equip the Tiger Instinct III
4) The Movement speed +8% bonus on Tiger Instinct III doesn't seem to increase how fast I move on any Monster I've played with. Some examples include Apkallu and Adamantoise, where the +8% movement speed bonus should be recognisable.
