Steps:
1) Enter the Feretory via any Odyssean Passage. The one I used in this instance is in Port Bastok at (K-12)
2) Go to the Customization menu, and click Faculties.
3) Equip the Tiger Instinct III
4) The Movement speed bonus of +8% doesn't seem to increase how fast I go on any Monster I've played with, including slower ones like Apkallu and Adamantoise.
