Area and Coordinates: Buburimu Peninsula at (G-9)
Party or Solo: Solo
NPC Name: None
Monster Name: Zu

Steps:
1) Enter the Feretory via any Odyssean Passage. The one I used in this instance is in Port Bastok at (K-12)
2) Go to the Customization menu, Species, and play as either a Cerberus or Orthrus.
3) Accept any Records of Eminence that states to deal Physical Damage. In my case I picked "Vanquish Birds with Physical Damage".
4) Enter any field via the Odyssean Passage inside Feretory. I picked Buburimu Peninsula whilst engaging in Belligerency.
5) Round up some monsters. In my case, I pulled a few of the Zu in Buburimu Peninsula.
6) Gain 1200 TP and use Sulfurous Breath to defeat the Zu. In doing so, Sulfurous Breath counted towards Physical Damage as notified by the Record of Eminence I accepted in step 3.

Sulfurous Breath should be classed as Magical Damage based on it's in-game description: "Deals fire damage to enemies within a fan-shaped area originating from caster." It also has a Red icon in the Monster Skills menu to display this is a Fire based skill. Please see the screenshot for more information.

On Summoner, Ifrit's Flaming Crush is part physical, part magic, despite just saying it deals fire elemental damage in the description. It counts as physical damage for these purposes, because the first two hits are physical, but the third hit is fire damage, whose base damage is calculated based off the first two hits.

Additionally: Breath damage is it's own type of damage seperate from both normal physical damage and magic damage. I would verify if other abilities with the word "breath" in them are treated the same way.

If you can confirm that other Breath attacks are not being treated the same way as this one, then you probably have an actual bug. Otherwise, these RoE are probably treating all breath attacks as physical.
