Steps:
1) Enter the Feretory via any Odyssean Passage. The one I used in this instance is in Port Bastok at (K-12)
2) Go to the Customization menu, and click Faculties.
3) Equip the Ruszor Instinct I
4) The "Cost" value says 8, but actually only costs 5 to equip; which would make sense considering Instincts II and III cost 10 and 15 respectively forming a 5/10/15 sequence.
