when it goes to get support from guild 2nd time it gives me error crystal broke lost synthesis 2x and game freezes up i can only move char and open menu but not shut down and its really weird, its not a hardware problem i dont think its some weird bug.

i would say yes but out of 500 games this is only one with problem in that one area.

I tested out my entire system did diagnotics updates scans, still same problem, its not my pc.
