the rate for hq on stikini ring+1 is terrible, even with a escutcheon. Is there anyway to make even a bit easier, im 0/200 thats terrible, its like the entire game hates me.

I t just follows normal rules for making HQs, so it is what it is.

yeah but i finally made 1 but it was 1/280 that is incredibly bad

if you're using the escutcheon buff, coconut rusk, and 2x HQ+1 rings, you should average out at one HQ every ~18.3 attempts.
being 1/280 says one thing, something about HQ+ may be broken.
I also have a thread where I complain that something about HQ+ has been broken by SE. Likely done on purpose to force item rarity after removing the exploits which made them so common.

Bad luck doesn't mean something isn't working as intended. You might get your D ring on the first try and some people may never get it. Doesn't mean there's a bug.

true, if he wasn't goldsmithing skill 118+ while crafting, 0/any would be the expected result.
if he did something wrong, then there's no bug. If that's merely an outlier and similar reports haven't been posted, then he's the 1/1000 unlucky winner of RNG hell with his 14/256 HQ while hitting 1/280 actual. seriously that is an extreme outlier.

definately right, rng, random acts are one thing, but 1/280 is either im the unluckiest person in the world, or something is off.
