Turul is bugged on the ground and untargetable and unaggroable.
Gangly gean isn't spawning has been over 5 hours since the last spawn

Gangly Gean is a lottery spawn. There is no maximum amount of time for it to appear, it is simply a chance to appear whenever you kill the correct placeholder. And if the placeholder isn't killed, it will simply never spawn.
The other issue is most likely a one-off edge case and it will behave normally again after a maintenance.
Regardless, you must prhase your post according to the bug report template found in the sticky thread in this section. Failiure to do so results in the thread being moved to "not a bug report" and ignored by SE.
