I'm on the Fenrir server, trying to take over the Throne Room for San d'Oria, so I can get access to the "Allied Ring". I've done so many Fiat Lux campaign ops to weaken the Dark Kindred but, San d'oria still has zero influence in the Throne Room zone. There's no campaigns happening there and there's no defending campaign mobs to fight, to increase influence. Is this bugged? Or I'm just missing something?

It's not a bug, you need to deplete the fortifications/resources.

There's literally no other way to exert influence over the area than to do Fiat Lux. There are no campaign battles or other activities you can do there, it's just a BCNM area.

This isn't meant to be accomplished by just one person.

I was able to do enough campaign ops over the week to gain control of the Throne room in order to get the Allied Ring (It was a grueling amount hours spent doing the same campaign ops, well over a hundred times), then I found out it's not re-chargeable and you can only get one per weekly tally so, that's kind of a bummer. At least I can say, I did it once.

But, now for the second week in a row windurst has had 90% of all the freelance npcs. I spent a few hours during the week AND the week before that influencing a bunch of them (like, trading the items or talking to them on the right jobs then zoning and repeating) but, they didn't budge. So, either there's actually another campaign fanatic on fenrir that spent more hours than me influencing them for windurst or there's something wonky with the headhunting mechanics. OR just something I don't understand.

In the end, I do understand I was basically trying to solo completely obsolete content, intended for hundreds of ppl to be participating in and it just, is what it is.

although I don't have a problem with the design, the participation requirements should scale with the active population of the given server. For this content designed the way it is, the feasibility of advancing it depends on the number of participants over the course of a week. So at each conquest it should take the average concurrent users and use that to determine the variables that govern control over the areas.
