This mission requires talking to several npcs in Wings of the Goddess areas. NPCs who participate in a long deprecated content called campaign. and for some baffling reason if these npcs are busy due to this completely irrelevant content players cannot advance the mission. Right now Noillurie is standing on a bridge in vunkerl inlet. Not defending it from attack, not attacking enemies who have captured it, just standing there. And she will be standing there for a very long time. A very long time where players CANNOT CONTINUE WITH THE MISSION.
Why was this mission made to be gated by content that no one needs to do, no one does and I would wager a lot of players don't even know how to do, and even if they did it would be irrelevant because for a large majority of the time they have no power to affect the content anyway?
Seriously, gating the mission like this is asinine.
