Having an in game issue where upgraded Agoge Mask +4 is not giving the bonus 30 secongs to warcry it is supposed to in the description. The effect did apply when it was +3, and is not working anymore.
I have tried this using my macro which did not work, then also by manually equiping the item and using warcry from the menu. This yielded the same result of not receiving the bonus warcry duration.
