Can you please put the Bonanza moogle from which you trade the pearl for prize collection ?
I just came back from vacation and I had a rank 2 on a mule ...
To be honest 20 days in the middle of july is way too short :(
Can you please at least put the NPC for august ?
Please ! That is the first time I win something in 20 years xD

Can I take it another step further and suggest:

Mog Bonanza pearl purchase is for 3 weeks long.

One week without Mog Bonanza moogles.

Then 3 weeks long for redeeming pearls?

Then repeat that over and over forever.

Example:

May 1-25 Purchase mog pearls.
May 26-31 Nothing
June 1-25 Redeem pearls.
June 26-30 Nothing.
July 1-25 Purchase Mog Pearls.
July 26-31 Nothing.
Repeat.

There isn't any place to post to give a suggestion directly to the developers. All you can do is post in the forum and hope that maybe someday a community rep will happen to read that post and maybe pass it along to the dev team.

yeah sorry but time periods for buying and claiming are clearly stated, it's no one's fault but the player's if they don't redeem in time

No different than IRL lottery which has a time limit on claiming prizes as well.

I totally agree it is my fault, but still, I am sure it would not be such a problem to put the damn moogle available again ! :p
I would not complain if I did not lost 60M ; ;

If they make an exception for you they have to make it for everybody. As long as they clearly state the time period that it will be available, nobody has an excuse. There have been times, however, where they didn't. Now, it is coming back, but they pulled the required events to upgrade the Prishe's Boots without telling anyone and without even saying it was a limited time. This is a case where it shouldn't have been pulled because they didn't say when it was ending.
