game crashing and freezing up while crafting using macros. i just cant move

1.I am having problem with it freezing, and i have to hard reset game and reboot cpu. i am sometimes using windower craft addon, and sometimes not , and it does it during both.
2.i disabled the craft addon and shut down all programs on my pc and its still happening.
3. i disabled norton ulilities and razor app and even shut down steam and all other programs and still same thing. this has happened 6x in 3 days, its getting annoying.

Probably would help to identify when this started happening and determine what could have changed between not happening and happening. Definitely isn't happening here. Making this more likely a technical support issue and not a bug.

i think i fixed the problem. it was the google online insights study app, it was lagging out my devices and causing errors freezing and glitches. i removed it completely and i am not freezing or lagging or messing up anymore. it even lagged out my youtube in my car because it was on my phone too.
