To make pixies, sprites, and sidhe apear in the original zones, we must trade "Bottled Pixie" to the Fay Spring in Grauberg many times during a conquest tally, and the next conquest week, they will start spawning/respawning if I remember correctly.

While not a very common activity among players, some of us do chocobo digging occasionally. if we do it in a Wings of the Goddess zone, we probably collected a Bottled Pixie while looking for other things.

If the [rare] tag was removed from the item, we could stockpile them and if changed to stack to 99, there would be little reason to simply toss them. People so bored as to actually dig in this game would take the extra trip to Grauberg and turn them in at the Fay Spring.

It would be nice for the Fay Spring to accept large batch trades as well instead of 1 at a time along with the change to stack size. I imagine a change to the Fay Spring would require testing though, so only if it looks easy to do.

They already appear if the conditions are met, the problem is people don't care about it anymore. it only makes pixies spawn in original areas where people don't spend a lot of time leveling anymore, so no one cares.

My point is it's an easy to make that QoL change: remove [rare] tag + adjust stack size to 99. the 2nd of which is the reason for that dev tag.
a 2nd QoL change would be adjusting the not-quest to allow multiple completions per trade: admittedly a long shot ask.

Personally, i do /dig on occasion. I get my 1 bottled pixie, and know that 1 pixie traded for a week won't change whether they appear in starter zones, so I just toss it.
If I could waste 1 inventory to build up like 80, then trade them all in one sitting, either by /item "Bottled Pixie" <lastst> spammed or by one massive trade, i would.

i'm confused by your post shonestly, becuase bottled pixies drop from various [S] area enemies, the page for it on BG doesn't mention them coming from chocobo digging at all.

References are supposed to support the content on the page, not be the content. That's a failing of the editor to have a reference but no content on the page using that reference.

Also, I wasn't saying it wasn't a thing, but this was the first I heard of them coming from chocobo digging, where your perspective was that was a primary method lol.

do you have any critiques about the actual request aside from existing players not really going to make use of the benefits?
I think if SE wants to bring people who play their other games onto this one as well, it couldn't hurt, and the primary proposal would be insanely easy to implement.

I just don't really think any changes are needed here. I guess there's nothing wrong with letting you trade multiple, but given how hard it is to get any particular changes, even small ones, I think there are a lot of higher priority improvements that could be made. This change doesn't really make much impact given how infrequently it's going to affect anyone, due to low use of low-level areas.

Would people do it if it was less of a hassle? maybe. A case could be made for putting a home point in that area, which is also used to for other things. That might make a bigger impact alongside of it.
