View Full Version : Registered code to new POL account my mistake

Hello.
I bought the seekers edition and followed the instructions given to me, only to find it led me to register the code to a new POL account by mistake. I followed the instructions and it did not give me alternate instructions for free trial accounts.

Is there anyway tech support can move my purchase to the other account? Or refund it so I can buy it again properly?

These forums here can't really help with account related matters, so that's the only option here really.

I have a feeling they can't help either though, as in, gotta buy it again... but I'm hopeful they can!

I suppose if bought via Steam, there is that refund policy, though I think the registration code(s) would still be lost since they were already used up.

In the case of account related, issues, make sure to select the account related categories when filing your ticket- If you do this during regular business hours, phone support will be available which is the best way to address account issues.

I'm unsure how steam's refund policy interacts with Square Enix, so I would try addressing things with SE first before going that route.
