Can you make it so we can skill up our stats and spells and stuff from master levels. Also make skill books easier to obtain by gil.

I'm not sure what you mean? Master levels raise our skill caps and you can absolutely skill up off mobs that grant exemplar points the same as any other monsters.

Every Master Level raises all of your stats and skills on that job by 1. This effect includes pets too.

Isn't that what I just said...
Anyway, the sole reason one might not be seeing skill ups is they are fighting mobs too low to give them skill ups.
