You had the right idea posting the above thread where you did. feedback/suggestions within a specific area is also valid in the forum for that specific subject area.
IN practical terms its not as convenient but they made a billion forum sections largely for organizational purposes.
Having said that, I'd agree that chocobo digging is worthy of an update. I've never personally found much of a reason to do it.

the real issue is they don't read or at least do anything about our comments & suggestions.
It'd be nice if once every couple months they'd post a response to something.
even if it were just usually a [make this item stack to 99] type of comment they responded to as that'd at least let us feel like we might get some extra QoL improvements from our time on this forum.

They don't speak english, that's unwise. Also it's been proven in the past that if a dev says something, it will then be taken as gospel and they will be attacked for not following through on something they didn't promise to begin with.
For instance "that's a good idea" does not mean they are going to do it.
From what I gather they also not allowed to just work on whatever they want, the game is spaghetti and so if they are working on a specific thing they are only allowed to work on that (currently Limbus). If they want to work on something else they have to have meetings and make sure it's safe to do so and then be given permission to do it.
If you post suggestions you have to just assume they read them and may do it, but they don't have to. Ultimately it's their decisions what to do, not the players. Players usually are not the best people to ask how to update a game, they will say stuff they think they want but that will destroy the game.
It's been proven they do read here, and do fix / change things. The valaineral changed, the changes to pld af3 body etc

i get they are busy and they have structure but a little yes no maybe comment on the side would be a nice gamechanger.
