key item not received

I do not remember the time but the date was Sunday May 11th, but I did not notice until it was time for me to augment my Burtgang this hopefully is a one time issue in final fantasy 11 I am not sure why they sent it to final fantasy 14 when I indicated the issue is with 11, so upon doing dynamis divergence bastok wave 3 I should have gained key item Galka Mask of light , I did not receive it and this prevents me from Augmenting my sword.
my character name is Americandragon I am on the Asura server , I sent a screenshot of the win to your GM's and they sent me here which luckily an LS mate took as you can see by the names in the alliance my name is there in the second team of the alliance with my hp in red please help me with this situation

You'll probably like to include use of the template from the Welcome to Forum: In-Game Bugs! thread, because without it, reports here will simply be moved to "insufficient information".

As for the issue, I suspect you'll simply need to do the battle again, regardless of the cause (I'm not very familiar with this one, and can't really suggest anything for why it happened or if it is working as intended with the information we have at this point).

In any case, using the template will help getting the issue at least looked at.

Both games are administrated by the same GM team, so it's probably just a misstatement/gaffe on the GM's part.
