Suggestion in regard to the Kupon W-MOGB

A lot of players are unsure what weapon to get since they have so many jobs, if you state that you plan to give a new Kupon W-MOGB every anniversary this will ease the worry in regard which option to get.

This is clearly a one time thing. Just pick one for a job you play which you also aren't doing a REMAP weapon for.

Of course it would be great if they just showered us with all the best weapons, but the point here is to give us a taste of something cool without having to be crazy lucky.

Back to topic, some mentions about Onion Sword 3. Me personally, gonna just keep it for time being & save it when I do know which I do need. Can just claim ticket to mog & it stores as KI as to save space as well.

They are nice and useful toys, and there is really no reason for people to not have 2-3 as opposed to 1. I think they fully intend to give one every year, and if so telling people that will make them feel happier about just picking one right now instead of agonizing over it.

Like I said, give an inch, take a mile. We're lucky we got one, they didn't have to do that at all, it's a nice gift, and now you want three? come on. I like free stuff as much as the next guy but this just comes off as greedy.

So because "you think" you just assume the devs share "your thought". So if they do not, in fact, share "your thought" they then should not tell people they're getting it every year and your OP is just entitlement and wishes. Maybe find out what they intend to do before telling them how to do it. I know, I know. It's so simple it hurts.

Another big issue with giving away these weapons in a one time manner, is that the developers have in effect raised the bar for basic level 99 players across the board now.

If someone buys the game or comes back after a long absence today or next week and starts playing they won't be able to get these bar raising items and are now lesser than everyone else (without a lot of work).

It's kind of like Shantoto 2 or Echad Ring (except you can get those cause they are recurring).

Either it needs to be stated these will be given out every anniversary or there needs to be a way new players / returnees can also get them, maybe via a quest or RoE completion at 99.

This is like having a government programme to give every person in the country $10k and this causing inflation, and then someone born tomorrow won't get it and so is in a lesser position to everyone else.

This is a huge deal, there really does need to be a way for a fresh 99 to get this Kupon W-MOGB.

Well, for what it is worth, I believe they did say, during the 70th mogivana at around after 2h12m11s point [1] in time, that doing something similar in the future is not impossible.

Think they also mentioned that they don't want to give out too many, which I can understand, but missing out on these is certainly a big bummer, and it would indeed be nice if there was some other way to get them too.

Every MMO does this kind of thing. Time Limited items so you re-sub for the time to get this item. If you miss it you miss it, new players did fine without them and don't NEED them now. They are nice but nothing special at all (besides the NIN Katana).

Nothing needs to happen at all. New players who missed it missed it, move on.
