Lost connection during final cutscene of ZM16. When i logged back in mission log stated that i progressed to ZM17. According to Wiki there are 3 cutscenes for that mission. One in Norg/Gilgamesh, one in Neptune Spire/Aldo, and one in Ru'lude Gardens. I was unable to get a cutscene in Norg even with speaking to Gilgamesh. I got a cutscene in Neptune Spire with Aldo but when zoning into Ru'lude i don't get a cutscene and cannot progress to ZM18.

I suspect the cutscene referred to in Ru'Lude Gardens is related to the quest, Shadows of the Departed, which also requires completion of the Chains of Promathia missions (and more). If that hasn't been done yet, that should explain that.
The cutscene with Gilgamesh should have happened when entering Norg. To check if you have that cleared, perhaps talk to Colleraie at (H-9) of Norg, and look for the cutscene for Zilart Missions / Awakening.
