GM Feedback for Ontiakanee

Special thanks to GM Ontiakanee for handling my most recent bug report in an extremely expedient fashion. This person was polite, kind, respectful and asked thorough follow-up questions. I could not be happier with the level of service they have provided (unless of course, I am able to take a screenshot with a GM one day? ^^;; )

I think the only time i captured a GM in a screenshot was on the test server. Though I've seen more than once, I just dont have any records :( (or at least that I still have)

This was when they held a test event for Legion before it came out. (apparently the linkshell icon overrides the GM icon lol) Almost everyone that participated was Japanese.

Glad you had a good experience interacting with staff. I feel like they get an unfair bad rap sometimes.
