Thierride dosn't give me the tiny fragment, i don't know why it has been removed if not resolved

Steps:
I talked to Thieriide twice and i got a second cut scene then i went to Amaura got the correct cut scene went back to Theìerride keep getting the wrong cut scene talking about ghelsba outpost, then i decided to do a couple of quest: The Brugaire Consortium, A Taste for Meat with thierride were involved, and now he just give me 3 word as answer and no tiny fragment.

Please retrace your steps on the relevant quest/mission/activity from the beginning, in nearly all cases, an NPC not doing the thing you expected is the result of having forgotten or not fully completing a step in the process. This is a common issue for FFXI because it's a very cryptic game.

There is no restarting this kind of missions or quests. Most we can do, is try the steps once more again, that is, talk to all the involved NPCs multiple times.
Going by the report, if all the previous steps have certainly be completed, I'd move on to the next steps in case this one has actually been already completed.
Since there are several 'Tiny memory fragment' temporary key items, I'd check the descriptions of them (this one would have 'obtained at the Rusty Anchor Pub').
Would also check if 'Thierride's bean creation' temporary key item is being held.

I didn't say restart, I said retrace your steps.
Do all the steps as if you've never done them before, even if you're sure you have. This will ensure that if you skipped a st ep or did something incorrectly, that you won't miss it again.
We just dealt with someone who was further along in a quest than they thought they were, resulting in them thinking a quest was bugged.
99.9% of the time, you just missed, skipped or otherwise did a step incorrectly, so please retrace your steps. Go to every NPC for the quest/mission your'e on as well as the previous one, and make sure you don't skip anything.

Just to be clear, in this thread, on this forum, the answer to that is going to be no. Nobody who's talking to you in this thread is Square-Enix staff; nobody who is going to reply will be. That's not what bug reports are for. Everyone's trying to get you to double and triple check your progress through the mission to eliminate any possibility that this isn't a bug that will require that the game's code be patched to correct it (like in the case of the Paladin empyrean armor.)
Help for a single account experiencing an isolated problem is generally going to need to go through the help desk; I'm not sure where you go for that but I'm sure Dragoy will have a link for you when he reads this. There, you'll probably talk to a GM, who may well refer you back to here, and you'll end up on Technical Support unless you can provide more specific information about the situation.
Bottom line though is, this is the help that you're able to receive here: "are you sure you're stuck? Go back and make sure you checked everything." If it really is a problem that needs fixing, and what you've given is enough to find it, you won't hear anything about it; this topic will just get moved to "Accepted Bugs", then "Planning To Implement", then "Fixed", at which point it will have been resolved.

and in general terms, SE can't reset your progress. in some cases it is possible to roll back your character to an earlier point in time, but if they do that, you lose everything that happened between that time and now.

Yeah, generally the Support Centre / Center (support.eu.square-enix.com / support.na.square-enix.com) will most likely refer to this site for anything happening in Vana'diel, but they can be very helpful with account related matters outside (like when the batter dies in the physical security token only after ~13 years!).
In case they do indeed move this to "Working as Intended" or so (hopefully after having been able to somehow verify that it is indeed working as intended), and it still doesn't seem to work, I'd probably recommend creating a topic on the discussion part of these forums, though even there only fellow players will be helping (and maybe everything outside of an actual bug has already been covered...).
