Abyssea Key items should be permanent and only a click away. Show up in Abyssea key items permanently.

The only abyssea key items that aren't permanent are the ones used to spawn monsters. They would be regular items, but they just didn't want you to throw them away, and being key items implies they are more important monsters, which they are.
