Guildwork? What's a Guildwork? That sounds like one of those third party things that Square-Enix doesn't control or endorse in any way.
If you're being harassed, try reporting specific things that are being said. If someone is just undercutting you on the auction house, well, nothing against the rules there so of course nothing's being done about it. Try putting something in your bazaar for a little more than your AH price, and cut your AH prize a bit lower, see if you can get them to tie up their auction slots at a point that doesn't quite out-compete you.

There is no solution to "trolling" and "undercutting", because these are issues inherent to any free market economy and are entirely caused by supply+demand issues.
I needed a good laugh tonight. Really not sure how your getting harassed. I love the ability for people being able to see my bazar sells especially on mules. I for one used it all the time to locate items i needed over the years. With the low server populations it makes it very handy to have that access. Also undercutting has been going on since day 1 of ffxi its just part of the game.

...Isn't the opposite of undercutting, simply just price-fixing? Who wants to support price-fixing either in RL or in a game? That's no bueno man.

It is 100% supply and demand.
No one cares about your personal issues, that has nothing to do with the auction house or why people undercut.
As you've been told multiple times before, if you're being harassed the solution to that is reporting it to a GM. Your problem isn't an economic one at all.

supply and demand is when a product is wanted or needed and the demand for it causes supply to go down and theres many concepts to it, i was a major in business at one of the best schools, i know what i mean when i say its not a supply and demand problem.
Any problem with the auction house is supply and demand. People don't undercut for "teh lulz," they undercut because the item isn't selling fast enough for their taste and they lower the price so it sells faster. That means there isn't enough demand for that item to justify the current price.
Your problem is not an auction house problem of any sort. You claim you're being harassed. That has nothing to do with the auction house and everything to do with your relationship with that other player.
