Not receiving gil on checking auction status is normal, it should get mailed to your delivery box, where you have to pick it up.
Did you wait for a few seconds on the delivery box screen after checking? Items won't instantly be there, anything that's queued up to deliver will load in at a rate of about one item every half second or so.

Correct. Yes, waited and checked multiple times. Nothing has been delivered to my delivery box.

Had you checked your delivery box between putting those items up for sale and checking their status? If so, you're sure you didn't already receive those items and gil before? Items and money will be sent from the auction house immediately on sale or as soon as the item times out, not when you check your auction status.

Unsure as I just reactivated the account. I assumed since I had very little money on the account that I did not receive it. However the account hasn’t been active in 15 years.

You likely already cleared it out and forgot. Delivery is not reliant upon confirming sale or nonsale, it's sent immediately.
To be frank the entire system of confirming sales needs to be taken out.

Yeah, why the list isn't just automatically cleared I have no idea. But this is all by design.

When were the last server merges? If you haven't activated the account in 15 years they have merged servers in that time, I am assuming these items were placed on the AH before your break, if your server was merged with another and the dbox had items in it, they would be lost.

It’s quite possible it was lost due to a server merger or possibly when they consolidated the auction houses back in 75 era

Any idea if support monitors this forum anymore? I filled out a ticket and was told to post here but haven't heard anything since.
I think what some of you said makes sense, likely sold and I received it and just don't remember transferring the money to a friend before quitting.
However, would be nice if someone from Square could actually confirm.

Oh, no, they don't do that here. If it's a bug report, they'll silently sort it onto one of the bins to be dealt with or disregarded in the future. You could get "accepted bugs", "working as intended", or maybe "insufficient information" based on this report, but that's about all the feedback anybody gets on those reports.
Technical support you'd pretty much have gotten the same thing you got here, regular forum users trying to figure out the issue. After about a week you'd get a moderator reading a section of the basic troubleshooting script; I'm not sure if it's even possible for a ticket to escalate to someone with the power to resolve issues or the know-how to solve esoteric problems.
