bug mission nii last stand help please

i talk all npc for this mission nothing happend not give me get item to start fight (Incantrix say Ya wanna use the Aspirant's canteen on that ? if so , ya can train with ii aquu i go click to Aspirant's Grounds nothing ) i talk to all npc again same happen nothing show up not give me key item to enter fight

The mission is not bugged, it has been in the game for years and years. FFXI is a very cryptic game and it is easy to miss or overlook small but important details. My advice is to go back to the previous mission you completed, and run through all of its steps one at a time until you get to the current mission and then carefully follow all of its steps, including ones you think you've already done before.

The probability is 99.99% that you've overlooked something or did something incorrectly. People say "this quest/mission is bugged" all the time on this forum and outside of maybe one or two cases, every one of them was the result of a step being skipped, the wrong item being traded, or some similar mistake.

Having written that, it should be helpful if you list the exact steps you take.

That is, instead of "talked to all NPCs", let us know which NPCs.

Something like this, which is more or less the only steps I can gather from your description:

1. Talked to Incantrix.
2. Interacted with Aspirant's Grounds.

If this is all of it, there is at least one step missing, and the Missions, Quests, and Records of Eminence forum is the place to discuss that, this a way:

GMs do not provide technical support or help with bugs, if you ask them about anything like this they simply tell you to post here. It doesn't mean there actually is a bug, that's just what they're instructed to tell you.

Make sure you're in posession of the required key items ~

Entry to Omen requires 100% total completion of Rhapsodies, to the last detail~

Check the "Currencies 2" screen. If you don't see Mystical Canteen listed there, then you're not done.

(It's also worth noting if you can't exchange merit points for the recently released high-tier mission battlefield for The Orb's Radiance, you're not done either).

and i have done omen have 5/5 bead
did i need titles Destiny Master if yes switch npc can change for this
