I am new player and golden pass didn't give reward

Hello I am.here playing and got golden world pass and then no echad nothing I would like to save my name amd mot risk deleting it if it was bugged I know the code was just printed out and was fresh now I can mot get this reward unless I delete all my progress

You need to do this, it is not automatic.

Upon use of the Gold World Pass number, the new character and the inviting player may form a party and speak to a World Pass Merchant (choosing the option "Gold World Pass benefits") to obtain various rewards.

We teamed up in party talked tk the npc but nothing hit the benefit part

The buyer and the receiver have to be both at the npc the buyer bought from.

Only the receiver of the pass gets anything on day 1.

I've only ever bothered to do it once, and it worked exactly as expected.

Yes we both wrre next to each other we both said somthing I input thr world pass have done it many times for somone in past I joined and I just have alot done to delete my account I used the code correct went threw and was only from him ever

So there's no way tk fix this report this at all or show this k made a ticket and all but said to put Herr idk if I really wanna progress more then delete
