Can we get more information on the character race / face change system?

This is being delayed a lot, and I think a lot of people are interested in it.

Can we be told some details about it? will there be new hair colors (this should be easy to implement?), will it have a fee?

I doubt there will be new heads. I think it's going to be exactly what they said on the tin: You can change your race and head selection.

It would certainly be nice to have new options and I'm 100% with probably everyone here that it would be great to have. However, it would be really unusual for them to do something beyond what they explicitly state in terms of new content and features, so sadly I don't see it happening. (But I do want it!)

There won't be new hair styles or head models due to clipping issues, but new colors is easy enough. It's just texture color swaps.
