Could not get Cipher of Semih's alter ego

Hello players! I have a problem. I can not get Cipher of Semih's alter ego. It says in FF11Wiki, that I can obtain it while speaking with Kupipi during mission 2-3. I spoke with Kupipi, but did not received Cipher of Semih's alter ego. Could anybody help me with that? Thank you in advance!

after, not during. Also especially with NPCs like Kupipi that are involved in many things, sometimes you have to speak to the same NPC multiple times to trigger the event.

Yeah, the Rhapsodies missions are technically complicated, and your ability to interact with certain NPCs and do certain things can depend on your mission progress. In particular if an NPC is involved another quest or mission you can't do those quests or missions if you're on a Rhapsodies mission that also involves them.
